The device was ok before it developed a fault. Its taken 3 months and over 28 emails to the after sales care team. And they still won't fulfil their obligation to replace the device. Keep being passed back to Appliances Direct (seller) despite this being a manufacturer fault. HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! AVOID ROIDME THEY DONT PROVIDE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE
Having used the Roidmi Eva for almost two years, I have been both very impressed and highly disappointed. The robot is great at keeping the floors clean and running on schedule. However, every time the app or firmware are updated, new problems, which weren't a problem previously, arise. Late 2023 saw a failure to allow proper timezone assignment, which was eventually corrected. The latest app update now has an issue where the end of cycle dust cleaning is not registering the job COMPLETE. How does the app-dev team fail so much, on such a regular basis? Support recommending to use the MiJia app is ridiculously lazy, and insulting. Get some Quality Control (QC) in your development teams workflow.
This is a game changer. I bought it a year and go and I’m in love with it. Everything works all the time. App is very easy to navigate. The robot does an excellent job mopping and vacuuming the whole house. Never gets lost. Always finishes the job without any problem
1. Raw product that needs improvement, I have a 2023 model and the robot is not autonomous, in general, I constantly have to take the robot vacuum cleaner in my hands and remove the mops (since in dry cleaning mode, without water) it constantly tries to wash them, you are serious?
2. It would be more logical to do it by rinsing the mop before cleaning the sector and not by time, did any of the developers even test this product before production?
I do not recommend buying it!
1. Water gets into the dust collector and the debris on the brushes becomes wet, sticks and clogs the channels. 2. Washes mops in dry cleaning mode (you should have thought of something to do so badly.) 3. There is no washing of mops in front of the sector, only the time is very inconvenient, 4. There is no mode, cell by cell leaves behind garbage.
