I ordered this portable vacuum and received a broken cracked vacuum because there was no buble wrapping or anything protection the vacuum. The shipping was not insured therefore I lost my money. I contacted customer service and they did not help me and just ignored my messages. Worst customer service and worst shipping packaging. I have a Roidmi Mop purchased on amazon, no problems. don't purchase directly on this website because they will not back their products. I will never know if the vacuum is good or not because I paid $70 for a broken vacuum. I hope you publish my review and improve shipping packaging and customer service.

I tested this on some carpet that I thought was rather clean - OUCH! This vacuum showed me that my perception was way off: My dog's hair was camouflaged in the identically colored carpet. I did not have the slightest idea how much of his hair was on the carpet until I went to clean out the dirt compartment, and I was truly surprised!

Buy this vacuum!!! It is amazing! It has a lot of power (two speeds). The suction is spectacular. I have used it to clean crumbs my little one left behind when eating a fruit bar, carpet upstairs, car, etc. and so far, it has removed every single crumb, leaf, etc. that it was intended to remove. I LOVE this and am so happy to have it. It is light weight, very practical, and can be taken anywhere. I am considering getting a second one to keep in the car, and also plan to gift this to others as well.
