I bought a Roidmi Eve plus 3 years ago. Within the first year it stopped working properly, I contacted the support department and they just delivered a battery which I was supposed to change on my own. Of course, I couldn't so I paid 30€ for someone to do it. Now it stopped working few months ago. After a lot of emails there is no after sales support or service that can check what's wrong and fix it. And of course because it is outside guarantee period, I can do nothing! I wouldn't recommend it since customer support is extremely poor!!!

I have 2 golden retrievers who drop hair and bring in grass from outside. The vacuuming is done at the touch of a button. Perfectly mapped the floor plan on off it goes. Love the sound when the vacuum empties on return to the station. I would and have highly recommend this cleaner

This is the best thing that we have purchased I 2022 it’s doing a great job, no spots are missed when it’s on the run. My wife where skeptical 🤨 but it’s she loves it now
